Role
- Shape our product strategy, drive business outcomes, and align our small team to the biggest market opportunities
- Collaborate with designers, developers, founders, and other stakeholders to craft simple and powerful product experiences with surprisingly great detail
- Be accountable for product roadmaps, resource allocation, and feature releases
- Put yourself in the shoes of a partnership manager and solve their problems as if they were your own
- Host user interviews, conduct user tests, and facilitate workshops to create and validate features
Qualifications & required skills
- 4+ years of experience in a product role of a B2B SaaS product in fast growing teams
- Excellent product design/UX sense and strengths in market dynamics and business strategy
- Proven experience to take a product from the earliest idea to successful market adoption
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
